These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of practice exams offered by the Merchant.
By accessing or using the excellency.wefionline.in website ("the Site") or purchasing any of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Site and its services are operated by WISDOM EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF INDIA ("WEFI" or "Merchant"), an NGO conducting practice examinations.
WEFI provides online practice/mock examinations for students in grades 10, +1, and +2 ("Services") all year round. These services are solely for practice and self-assessment and are not official certifications or endorsements of any board or body.
The Services are intended for individuals who can form legally binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
Payments for Services are processed through The Federal Bank Limited'spayment gateway facility.
The charge includes the sale price of the Service plus any applicable taxes, duties, and costs.
Upon successful payment, the Merchant shall convey information about the success of the payment authorization to the Customer. A unique payment reference number will be displayed to the customer and a confirmation communication will be sent by the Bank's site.
The Bank (The Federal Bank Limited) is not responsible for the quality, merchantability, non-delivery, or delay in delivery/rendering of the Services. All disputes regarding the quality or delivery of the Services will be dealt with directly between the Customer and the Merchant.
The Merchant shall ensure proper encryption and security measures on the Site to prevent unauthorized access to the information database.
The Merchant confirms that the Services offered comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
The Merchant shall provide a commercially reasonable level of Customer support, including a means of contact for questions regarding the nature or quality of the Services and procedures for resolving disputes.
