Our transparent and customer-friendly refund process
This policy governs the process and conditions for requesting a refund for Services purchased on the excellency.wefionline.in website.
The Merchant (WEFI) maintains a liberal returns policy, offering a full and complete refund of the Price of the Services if the Customer is dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever and makes a request within the specified period.
The Bank shall be entitled to cancel Authorization and refuse payment to the Merchant if a refund is requested within 15 days from the actual delivery/performance of the Services.
(Excluding Federal Bank Debit Card) - The Merchant shall forthwith refund all amounts received if a refund is requested or a dispute is raised within 180 days from the actual delivery/performance of the Services.
The Merchant will be informed and the Bank shall debit the amount from the Merchant's Account if a refund is requested or a dispute is raised within 15 days from the actual delivery/performance of the Services.
The Customer or their Issuing Bank/Institution must request the refund.
Any and all disputes regarding quality, merchantability, non-delivery, and delayin rendering the Services will be dealt with by and between the Merchant and the Customer directly.
If a dispute arises with a Federal Bank Debit Card purchase, and the Merchant and Customer are unable to arrive at a satisfactory resolution within 14 days of being informed, the Bank is entitled to make a direct credit of the disputed amount to the Customer's Account.
If a settlement is reached within the 14-day period, the Bank will deal with the money according to the settlement terms.
For refunds processed by the Bank (in cases of a Valid Card/Internet Banking credit card purchase or disputes within the specified window), the Bank is entitled to debit the payment from the Merchant's Account and make a corresponding credit to the Customer's Valid Card or Internet Banking.
